The books will be shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground.
If you have an account with UPS or FEDEX, include the account number in the purchase order. For UPS include also the zip code attached to the account if it is different from the shipping address.

If you receive a damaged book, please return it immediately so we can replace it. Damaged books will  be not accepted after the semester begins.

RETURN POLICY:

100% returnable until 30 days after the beginning of the semester.

NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
The bookstore pays the return shipment charges
Textbooks with bent or dirty corners, or with writing inside are not eligible for return.

If a course is closed and the books returned, or if the 70%, or more, of the books ordered are returned, any ancillary materials linked to the adoption of a textbook will be deactivated.

The Digital Power Point linked to the 5th Edition of Hoja de ruta falls within this rule. No exceptions!

Digital Power Point to be used exclusively with Hoja de ruta. Its use with another textbook constitutes a copyright violation.



A book is considered adopted when:  it is a requisite textbook that all students need to get for a course. The order from the bookstore (or digital or paper books bought directly from us) must reflect at least a ratio of 50% of the students enrolled.
